Where is my order?
We’ll call you with updates on your order. If you have a question about an order, call us or email sales@innomotocycleparts.com.
For orders placed on our Shopee store, you can track your order in the Shopee app.
Where do you ship?
We deliver to your doorstep. Get in touch to confirm delivery to your area, or pick up your order from our store in Makati.
How do I return an item?
You can return an item within 7 days of purchase. It must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, and we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
